a hospital that is built irrespective of environmental properties and demographic characteristics of the population utilizing it and exclusively constructed upon repetition, reduction or addition of a model of hospitals from another country or city or region would face with problems in the aspects such as acceptability, success and servicedelivering impressions and consequently profitability and economic efficiency. the method of this research is descriptive and of survey type. The statistical population of this research is the experts of military hospitals (AJA health system). The data collection tools in this research are library studies, collection ofexperts’ information and assessment of aspects and scales required in target society via questionnaire and in the nextstep using a modern analytic methodology entitled interpretive structural modeling (ISM) the relationships amongdesigning aspects and scales of hospitals are determined and analyzed in an integrated way. To determine and prioritize the scales of hospital designing we have used DEMATEL technique. among the examined aspects of hospital construction, physical space is the most important aspect and external structure is the least important dimension. Also among the scales, the scale of admittance and treatment section of hospitals has the best condition while the weakest scale is the importance of hospital reception and entrance
