Management in the early stages is difficult but critical because its results are used todetect problems in advance and correct management policy in time. This concern is evenmore clear and definite for systems producing costly items. The practice has proved thatit is feasible to evaluate the quality of managers by using neural network. This papershows that neural network is an effective method of knowledge acquisition for amanaging system.
