چکیده

Pyrazole derivatives have many applications including anticancer, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiglycemic, anti-allergy and antiviral. In this paper were described the synthesis of derivatives of 1H -pyrazoles 4-carbaldehydes. A new series of five derivatives of 1-H pyrazole 4-carbaldehyde were synthesized by reaction of derivatives of acetophenone, phenyl hydrazine in water. The synthesized phenyl hydrazine acetophenone (hydrazone) was dissolved in Vilsmeir-Hack reagent (DMF and POCl3), then the mixture was neutralized by adding NaHCO3. The chemical structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR spectroscopic method. The produced 1H- pyrazoles 4-carbaldehydes were in good yield.The goal of the present work was to synthesize nitrogen-containing hetrocyclic compounds due to their practical importance and biological activity.
