Today now, a series of important discussion topics related to the field of biotechnology and ethics. To attract the attention of philosophers and theories morals associated with these issues and on the other hand of the norms of ethical issues involved in the biotechnology field. Biotechnology Ethic is a new term in the analogy between medical ethics and philosophy of agriculture science. Ethic of biotechnology as a new science called the virtual science. This science can be as an attempt to gain social life through realistic relationship between people and nature. It will seek biotechnology science interacts with nature. This paper is the first overview of the major ethical theories and then pointing to the religious and moral approach in this matter. The effects of adherence each topics in the field of biotechnology with issues of morality or immorality is three matters of biotechnology in plant, animal and human. Achievements in the field of biotechnology and scientist rule will accurate feedback about the values and benefits of biotechnology on human. At the last, this research indicate problems in addition, the importance of this technology in humane life.
