خلاصه مقاله:
Poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) was blended with chitosan (Cs) to produce nanofibrous membranes by electrospining method. The effects of different PVA/Cs weight ratios and glutaraldehyde (GA) concentration as cross-linking agent, on the single step reactive electrospining of fibers were examined. The tensile strength of the cross-linked hydrogel fibers in dry state were greatly improved by increase in glutaraldehyde concentration. Water vapor permeability evaluations indicated that the cross-linked hydrogel fibers could maintain a moist environment with high swelling ratio. The morghology and diameters of electrospun nanofibers was investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM).
