خلاصه مقاله:
In this research LaBO3 (B= Co, Ni) perovskite were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion method and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. XRD analysis show that LaBO3 (B= Ni, Co) perovskites are a single-phase perovskite type oxides. With this synthesis method pure perovskite crystal phases are achieved. SEM result shows that the morphology of LaBO3 is as irregular shaped grains. Perovskite catalysts show a good activity in catalytic oxidation of CO. LaCoO3 shows the highest activity for oxidation of CO. Complete elimination of CO was achieved at 250 ºC with this catalyst.
