چکیده

Important elements of teacher education and major changes in outlook, methods and behavior of students. In order to have an efficient and successful educational system according to the teacher training program in all its aspects is essential. Therefore, it is necessary for planners and policy makers in education, teacher training programs while paying attention to public education along with professional training and relevant act. The purpose of this research is to study teacher training program using realistic criteria of relevance are two general education and professional training, The present article is descriptive-survey and the population consists of teachers and teacher candidates ancient city of Mahshahr is among them, 234 people were randomly chosen, The data gathering tool, a questionnaire is made. The results of the study revealed that the level of general education and vocational training between how there is a significant relationship .lza teacher at the school of realism must be a professional Prvrshkar In addition to the basic skills of knowledge and skills in the field of Brkhvrdarbashd other words, general education and professional education related and consistent with the teacher training program have been included.
