چکیده

Ethics is one of transcendental Islamic teachings which has had a tremendous andvital role in the construction and expansion of Islamic civilization. Professional ethicsrequires some factors to prepare and maintain a context for its realization and indeed, professional ethics will not be meaningful without required arrangements. It means that structures and relations should be provided in which all administrative staffsare put in their right place according to their merit so that their talents will flourish correctly, their abilities will become visible, they can enthusiastically servein an environment where is full of job security and serenity,they will have complete supply, and all things will proceed in the rule-centered direction. In such a case,professional ethicscan appear and survive in a way which it has to be.The research is a descriptive-surveying one. It was used library method to express theoretical fundamentals. In field survey, it was used standard questionnaires of Bruno et al. (2009), Freda (2003), Chung (2015), Susan Liens (2015) and Bigliardio et al. (2005). The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by formal methods; the stability of the questionnaire was obtained byCronbach Alpha test. Statistical population of the research is the managers and employees ofZanjan Province Water and Wastewater Company. A sample of 80 members was chosenby a simple random method and Cochran formula.It was used SPSS software to analyze gathered data. In order to check the variables (such as social responsibility, justice, trust, loyalty and sociability), 5 hypothesis were proposed of which 4hypotheses were confirmed while a single one was not supported. The results show that there is a significant relation between sociability, justice, trust and loyalty of employees of Zanjan Province Water and Wastewater Company.
