Computer-assisted language learning has received respectable amount of attention among researchers and language teachers. In this regard, innumerable large or small-scale projects blazed a trail for other teachers to follow. The present study is primarily concerned with the variables affecting students’ attitudes. Its main purpose is to investigate the effects of variables of gender, locality, computer accessibility, and computer familiarity on Iranian high school students’ attitudes towards CALL. The methodology employed a replication design and questionnaire approach. The findings demonstrate that the difference between males and females regarding their attitude towards computer-assisted language learning (CALL) was found to be significant; however, the difference in Iranian high school students' attitudes toward computer-assisted language learning (CALL) based on locality was revealed not to be significant. Furthermore, the relationship between the attitudes of Iranian high school students and computer accessibility was proved not to be significant, while the correlation between the attitude of Iranian high school students and their computer familiarity was displayed as being significant and negative. It indicated that the higher the students' familiarity level, the lower their general attitude
