چکیده

There is an increasing pressure on the oil & Gas industry to reduce costs and improve the quality of our environment. In fact is that both of these goals can be achieved at the same time. Environment conservation organisation is the government section in Iran that control every waste & pollutions. Every organisation has to behave according the Environmental Conservation Organization Standards. Rapid growth of industrialization degrades the environment serious stress on natural resources. One of the industrial pollution is drilling waste, Controlled discharge of drilling fluids and cuttings has been shown in other areas of the world to represent a pollution prevention technology and is accepted as a defensible environmental practice. Two of key advantages of advanced products and technology are lowering current disposal costs and minimizing long-term liability. Drilling fluid formulations have continued to develop to meet the technical demands of high temperature, high pressure, directional, extended reach and depleted zone drilling. Environmental impacts are designed into new products as performance criteria. As mechanical and chemical treatment options continue to work towards the goal of keeping the pollutions in the pollutants in the operation system. Sequel to that, all Petroleum Operations must be preceded by environmental impact study and shall include among other things, evaluation of the direct and indirect effects of the proposed Petroleum Operations in the ecological equilibrium of the authorized area of any neighboring areas, in the style and quality of the life of the populations and the environment in general.
