خلاصه مقاله:
The purpose of this study was using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling to investigate formation of microcapsule in a gas-liquid system. Our strategy is that a tragacanth aqueous solution (the disperse phase) is fed into the tube equipped with a co-flow extrusion, and is sheared by the air flows (the continuous phase) to form monodisperse semi-product, tragacanth emulsions. Two-phase flow and velocity of air was selected to investigation of fluid flow.
