Caspian Sea the word largest land –looked water is a unique ecosystem with diverse aquatic. Species drown the attention of word for the precious species of sturgeon fishes. Due to drastic reduction of the sturgeon fishes and other fish rescores. A survey conducted on for stations in Gillian province (lissar, Astara, Anzali and Sefidrood ) on there depth 2, 5 and 10 meter in order to determine the nutrient concentration nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, orthophosphate, total phophat, silicon, total nitrogen and physical parameter such as EC ,PH , Salinity and concentration is higher in autumn and the concentration of NH4+, NO2 , NO3 , P –PO4 , and total phosphorous varied from 3 to 80.7, 1 to 6, 8 to 379, 6 to 50 22 to 178 ug/l respectively. The seasonal and depth variation of nutrient were discussed in the lecture.
