This study aim at presenting a model for the authors, designers and publishers of the textbooks, to reach this aim 5 of ACOL textbooks are analyzed from different aspects such as frequency of pages for introductory, middle and final sections; different types of the contents, paragraphs, lines and words, size of page, margin and text in ACOL textbooks. The results of this study showed that each ACOL textbook consists of three main parts: Introductory, middle and final sections. 6.7%, 78.8% and 14.5% of the ACOL textbook pages belong to introductory, middle and final sections respectively.as well as ACOL textbooks on average contain 200 pages, 6 Chapters, 31 Subchapters, 46 objectives, 36 SAQ's, 50 Examples, 45 Summary Lines, 34 Figures, 14 Tables and 37 Diagrams. Also ACOL textbooks on average include 5 pages, 1 SAQ, 1 Example, 1 Summary Line, 1 figure, 0.4 Table, 1 Diagram for one Objective.
