Designing and Manufacturing of Contactless Liquid Level Controller

In control engineering, researchers try to find some useful ways to measure and control processes. In this paper, the analysis and design of a contactless liquid level controller has been discussed. One of the advantages of designed controller is that the sensors aren’t touched to the liquid directly and also the controller receives information from the ultrasonic sensor which has placed in the controller circuit. The other advantage of this controller is that it has designed in an optimized way, so this controller could use less source power than the other ones and also it could control the system precisely. Results of operations of this level controller show that it works acceptably and exactly.
