Optimal Selection by Using of Fuzzy Logic

In this paper a new method by using of fuzzy logic in generating and searching for an optimal selection is proposed. Generation of the database is performed by FAA (Fuzzy Analysis of Attributes). FAA classifies the data by analyzing their attributes by using of fuzzy logic and by classifying the data, in fact the database is generated. Decreasing the human interpretation in classifying data is one of the FAA features. The search task is done by FSE (Fuzzy Search Engine). FSE ensures the presence of all data in the final search by exerting fuzzy logic rules. One of the special specifics of FSE is its flexibility in searchs. It means that the search task can be accomplished in three different ways. Also FSE can sort the data decreasingly and suggests the best ones. By using FAA and FSE the best selection among some uncertainty data is obtained. Eventually in two case-studies for selecting a cell-phone and a material these two methods are used and the performance of these methods are discussed.
