خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents optimal control of stochasticmodel of HIV with drug therapy. Model shows the effect of antiretrovirusdrugs in different stages of infection and we useoptimal treatment for 300 days. The optimal controller is basedon genetic algorithm (GA), which finds the appropriate efficacyof drug that minimizes the virus particles for certain model andstochastic model. To design the optimal stochastic controller thestochastic model is converted to certain model including twoinequality constraints.Simulation results show the behavior of HIV dynamic forconstant values of efficacy, but for the objective of this problemwe will find different values of efficacy for each month, whichleads to different drug dosage. Simulation results show thatoptimal control for certain model by ignoring uncertainty willnot be sufficient.
