Due to significant position of CSR strategies in organizations, especially in recent decades, the topic under investigation in this study is the evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dimensions in Iranian banking industry-case bank Pasargad. Statistical population of this study consists of top managers; middle managers and consultants in headquarter of bank Pasargad (Tehran). The selected sample group includes 67 individuals (top managers, middle managers and consultants). The research instrument is the questionnaire. 51 completed questionnaires are collected and analyzed in this research. The results are showed that the current performance of bank Pasargad is proper, all CSR dimensions are important in managers' perspective but there is gap between the performance and importance of economic and legal responsibility in bank Pasargad.
