Control analysis and design of control systems for the petroleum and chemical processes traditionally follows the methods of operation. The control rings were created for each unit or piece of equipment in the unit. The components were mixed together and create a single large. This was due to the interference created in the ring with each other and need to be resolved. It was as explicit assumption that the sum of the individual parts of the system could effectively give control of the entire process. During the last decades, researchers have developed a new control structure, control processes are the most appropriate chemical units. The system processes the operating units are located in series each of the industries downstream units in its control systems are impaired searched with their upstream systems.Plant-wide control acts in a way that loops control the action to comprehensively cover all processes and their design objectives will be achieved
