Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3–δ (BSCF) perovskite powder was synthesized via EDTA/citrate complexation method. XRD patterns showed that a high pure powder with cubic structure was obtained. TG/DTA study was performed which revealed complete formation of the cubic structure. The BSCF oxides oxidation properties studied using O2-TPD.
