چکیده

A wide variety of harmful waste, both as raw materials and byproducts, exist in industrial workplaces and the number of such chemicals has been steadily increasing since the Industrial Revolution. Although a list of hazardous waste and their classification is almost the same in many countries, some defects and differences in defining waste as hazardous waste there. Before any operation it is vital get to know hazardous characteristics of the waste according to some important indicators to apply. Since different methods for rating industrial, hazardous and chemical materials is provided, in which a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods, there focus on human and environment Dimensions. Indicators used in these studies was analyzed, and the conceptual framework of a comprehensive rating system for all dimensions waste presented
