چکیده مقاله:

correctly will lead to accidents in various scales. In comparison, among the threats in the aviation industry, tracing a technician’s faults in repair and maintenance could extremely difficult. Although most of the times these errors exist they cannot be seen, and remain hiddenand has a negative effect on helicopter safety. So analyses of these various factors that influence human performance leads to people collaborating with each other more efficiently and more effectively. In this study we indented to identify human factors influencing repair and maintenance industry and then we want to evaluate the degree of the importance and the impact of these factors on each other and helicopter accidents. In order to identify the human factors some documents such as handbooks, standards, organizational procedures and relevant literature in this area have been used. Given that the identified factors are not independent of each other and there is a casual relationship between them, in order to evaluate and determine their importance, the combined method of AHP and DEMATEL is used. In this case AHPdetermines the effects of factors on helicopter crash and DEMATEL method determines the effects of factors on each other. For this purpose, a questionnaire (comparison matrix) was distributed among some experts. The statistical population included all employees in technicalareas, standards, and design bureau and technology development of IHSRC. In this regard a kind of survey from 15 experts in this field has been done. After collecting the data and analyzing the results using the proposed methods, the most important criteria in helicopteraccidents was the standards of training and the least importance related to repetitive, boring, dull jobs. The other human factors such as fatigue, personal problems and lack of resource (accessories and components), have an equal importance. This research in terms of target ispractical and in terms of data analysis is a correlation assessment method.
