Investigation of the Effect of Addiction to Use Web on the Cultural Conflicts of Generations among the Students of Shahre-Kord University

With respect to the effects and positive or negative implications of web as a new phenomenon in humane societies, the present study has been conducted with the purpose to survey the role of addiction to these new communicational technologies in cultural conflicts of generations. In this research, it is tried to pay special attention to analyze and specify the effective factors on the use of these technologies in the cultural conflicts of generations by incorporating viewpoints about web as well as conflicts of generations. In order to specify the relation between addiction to web technologies with cultural conflicts of generations, in addition to direct impressments, interface variables have been used. These variables include: piety, style-orientation, tendency to west, lack of identity feeling and social alienation feeling. This study is a survey and the questionnaire has been confirmed with regard to the results of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The population of research consists of all the students of Shahre-Kord University in 2015 that 607 people selected as sample size via Cochran sampling formula. This survey was performed through educational, studious and collegiate automated system.
