خلاصه مقاله:
The lithium rich (Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2) cathode material with nanoparticle size has been successfully prepared by a hydrothermal method. The cathode materials are characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Brunauer, Emmett and Teller (BET). The electrochemical properties of these cathode material have been studied by charge/discharge at various scan rate and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results of these studies suggest that the nanoparticle of Li1.2Mn0.54Co0.13Ni0.13O2 has a good properties in lithium ion battery. The size of cathode is 20 nm. The capacity and charge transfer resistance of cathode is 286.01 mAh g-1 and 50.1 Ω, respectively.
