چکیده
In any organization, individual personality is a subject which helps organizations reach productivity. If personality conforms to job, job satisfaction level is higher, if not so, employees will become dissatisfied and such dissatisfaction entails numerous negative effects and mental health outcomes to organizations. The aim of present research is to study relationships between personality types and mental health of the Bank employees. To this end, the present study is a descriptive study using two questionnaires personality types A and B» and mental health of the employees Bank. Researcher distribution questionnaires between 35 bank employees and provide necessary explanations, the researcher was completed and collected. Data were collected from questionnaires in the software spss version 19 is entered using the Spearman correlation coefficient and chi-square statistics to fit Hypothesis of study were analyzed. The results show that: type A personality does not affect the mental health of employees but there is a significant relationship between B type of personality and mental health of employees of the Bank.1. There is a significant relationship between the type B personality and mental health.2. There is not significant relationship between type A personality and mental health of employees.کلیدواژه ها
