Considering increasing of crude oil price and importance of this material in today world, optimum refining of crude oil for achieving to more valuable product are very important. In our country, regarding to very much amount of gasoline importation necessity of producing of this material is very high. In this article, it is tried to optimize distillation units in oil refineries in order to maximization of gasoline. In this regard "Aspen Plus" software has been used as a simulator and Isfahan refinery was considered as case study. With using of "Aspen Plus" facilities, it is tried to process conditions of CDU/VDU units was optimized for achieving to more gasoline. Meanwhile, different configurations of CDU/VDU units have been studied from gasoline production point of view.
