چکیده
The Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a vital medical device, which can automatically analyze the electrocardiograph (ECG) to detect the heart failure and resuscitates the cardiac patient under crisis. In this study, an adaptive shock delivery system for AEDs has been designed and constructed by off-the-shelf components to deliver a biphasic treatment shock in accordance to impedance of each patient. The simulation and measured results demonstrate enhancement in specification of the shock waveform, and therefore increases the chance of success at the first shock. As a result, by utilizing this method due to the reduction of the defibrillator’s capacitorthe battery life is increased.کلیدواژه ها
