چکیده
Background:This research is about the relationship betweencognitive emotionstyles and general health in C.Ateacher training students in BooshehrMaterial &Methods :The subjects of this research are 022 male and femalestudents of teacher training college that were selectedthrough simple random sampling. Then they wereadministrated cognitive emotion questionnaire (CERQ) and general health questionnaire (GHO).Thedata were analyzed using Pearson CorrelationCoefficient, Stepwise Regression Analysisindependent T test , and One-Way analysis of VarianceResults:The results indicated significant relation betweencognitive emotion regulation styles and psychologicalhealth , catastrophic and blaming others styles ,belonged to maladjustment cognitive emotionregulation and positive reappraisal styles belonged toadaptive cognitive emotion regulation were significantpredictors of psychological health. Also, it is revealedthe males more than female use self- blame style butthey have more psychological health than females aswell.Conclusion:cognitive emotion regulation styles are useful forbehavioral interventions.کلیدواژه ها
