خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper a method of characterization of petroleum fractions in terms of selected real components is described. The model calculates several bulk properties of the petroleum fraction from ASTM D86 distillation, specific gravity and hydrocarbon type. The properties are also calculated from pure components properties. The mixture compositions are defined with the aid of an optimization algorithm. The obtained TBP curves of substitute mixture are in good agreement with the experimentally obtained curves.
