In this study the synthesis of a new derivative of Phenyl carbamate is described. The process was run under reflux condition and molecular structure of the synthesized compound was characterized by Feurier-Transform Infrared (FT-IR), and Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy methods. Also, different parameters such as pH, time, and temperature have been studied in vitro whereas the optimum values were estimated. According to the applications that were presented, the new synthesized compound could be useable in pharmaceutical industry.
