خلاصه مقاله:
Background: The main aim of this study is Surveying on; employee’s Organization creativity in General department of physical Education In Esfahan Province.Materials and Methods: The statistical society includes 200 people of staffs in this includes 121 people of staffs in this department In Esfahan. Methodology analyzing the data was done on two levels of descriptive statistics (abundance, percent, average and standarddeviation) and inferential statistics (ANOVA test). A meaningful level P≤0/05 was considered. Results and Discussions: Results of showed t is meaningful in all components, except in beliefs with freedom rate 131 in 0.05 level. So, obtained mean can be generalized to population with 95 percent possibility in 2.5 mean of belief components, 2.2 of dimensions of innovation, 2.1 mean of human resource qualification, 2 mean of strategic innovation & 2.6mean of organization structure. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that using organizational creativity is meaningful in physical-education department of Isfahan & managers use employees’ ideas in organizations’ goals & the most important factor of organizational creativity is organizational structure, so it need to creativity & innovation development, must be paid attention to theorganizational structures. These kind of organizations than other organizations allow their employees to present their creative thoughts. So, mandate & organizational decentralizationcaused to the increasing creativity among employees & also propose to managers to use the employees’ ideas which caused to get flourish employees’ capacities & then caused to the organization turn to the creative organization.
