چکیده مقاله:

Decision making is a vital part of managers' task to continue project administration procedure in desired manner. Having knowledge of information during project administration including daily, weekly, monthly of all actions, project construction development and information of delay in project administration, has a great importance during making administrative decisions, considering time interval and financial estimation to control project. Though in most bulky and sophisticated construction projects, managers are faced with great deal of data which access quickly and accurately to them by using common methods is difficult, time consuming and mainly accompany with error. Hence finding a way to have a quick, accurate and momentary access to this information helps project managers to consider suitable planning to different resources and avert spending enormous amount of expenditures resulted from not planning and fallacious decision making. Hence it seems that using new managerial methods and solutions is necessary. One of these methods is using information technology and managerial intelligent systems based on enterprise intelligence models which can provide decisions close to reality to complete project, through on- line and united gathering of information related to project components and analytic process of data to manage project procedure. In this article we try to provide a model to design and create an intelligent software system to handle construction project procedure according to enterprise intelligent system technology in the form of the online analytical processing (OLAP) system and using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to optimal gathering and simplifying building component information flow to propose decisions and assisting predictions.
