چکیده

This research has been conducted to explore the relationshipbetween professional ethic with organizational commitment ofemployees working in company of Nation’s design and thoughtimprovement. In this study, 6 research questions have beenanalyzed. Used method is descriptive and it is correlation. Toanalyze data, statistical techniques such as Pearson’s correlationcoefficient, regression analysis and t test in 2 independent groupshave been used and the following results have been obtained:Results obtained from studying the relationship betweenprofessional ethic with organizational commitment of employeesworking in company of Nation’s design and thought improvementshowed that professional ethic has a significant and positive relationwith organizational commitment and its 3 dimensions (affective,normative and continuous commitment), so that the more theorganizational commitment is, the better the professional ethic ofemployees working in this company. Also among dimensions oforganizational commitment, 2dimensions of affective and normativecommitment have effect on professional ethic of employees workingin company of Nation’s design and thought improvement. Affectivecommitment has the most effect on professional ethic of employeesworking in this company. Since this relation is positive, changes aredirect and increasing. Results verify this matter that there is not asignificant difference between the rate and kind of attitude towardprofessional ethic of female and male employees. Also, it wasn’tseen any statistical difference between the rate and kind of attitudetoward organizational commitment of female and male employees.
