چکیده

Like the other members of the society managers have their own skills, motivations andtendencies and although these differences which have different attitude, knowledge andvalue system may seem to be slight while they pass through the cognitive processes theylead to very big differences and behavioral results. Such differences are the differences ofeach individual character stems.The character is one of the important factors that affect the function and behavior ofmanagers and this impressiblity of characters finally affect their management andorganizational behavior.Preface:One of the important factors to increase and grow the efficiency of employees isoverworking.According to this method we can have the most use of human resources which is the mostimportant reachable resources.Also paying enough attention to the needs and requests of employees also increases theirefficiency and impressiblity.In such cases the difference between organizational and individual behavior of theemployees will decrease.And as a matter of fact the employees will consider their behaviors as an organizationalbehavior and organizational values will be established deep inside.This is possible when the employees are treated fairly.Perceived injustice in organizations causes the increase of the frequency of non productivebehaviors or among the members of the organizations and will also increase somebehaviors as in showing tiredness and absence and the increase of residence to change.By paying attention to the importance of the research, the researcher ,in this research islooking for checking out the relationship between organizational justice with managersself-effectiveness which finally led to giving suggestions and conclusion.
