Improving executive functions and its effect on students with dyscalculia

چکیده
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of improving in Executive Functions in children with Mathematics Learning Disorder in the students of Fourth and fifth grade primary school in the Torbat-e-jam city. The study samples were all the boys and girls studying in the fourth and fifth grade in primary schools in the academic year of 1393-1394 in Torbat-e-jam city that had mathematical learning disorder. To determine the sample from the students referred to the problem center we selected 30 available samples from the Students and randomly divided into two groups: control and test. Group test for 10 hours in 30 individual sessions received enhanced executive functions. Research Tools were Wechsler3 and Persian key-math3 as pretests. Wechsler test to ensure the Students didn’t have Mental retardation and Persian key-math3 test for the evaluation of mathematical problems as a pre-test and post -test. The results of analysis of covariance showed that there is significant difference between control and test groups (p=.006andp=0.000).it means that improving in Executive Functions is effective in children with dyscalculia.کلیدواژه ها
