چکیده

The final concentrate of Gol-E-Gohar hematite recovery plant after thickeners,is moved to vacuum drum filter. D80 of filter feed is 89 microns and the average cake moisture is 10.5%. In this study to do experiments, bottom feed vacuum filtration applied to choose the optimize filter cloth. Using polypropylene filter cloth with twill weave fabric lead to decrease moisture about 1% while throughput is good. Also filtrate turbid decreased about 9000 unit (NTU) that is important in environmental view.
