چکیده

Due to the increasing demand of engineeringvehicles in important projects such as mining, automation of theclutch is imperative to improve the power performance andcombustion efficiency. The main contribution of our study is todesign an electronic control unit (ECU) based on the strategies ofautomatic transmission in trucks. Furthermore, a procedure ispresented to optimize shift quality and also to reduce test time bychanging the gears properly. The circuit diagram of ECU hardware composes of power supply module, signal inputchannels, signal output channels, data storage module, drivercircuits, and communication interfacemodule which aredesigned and implemented in TEREX TR100 mining truck. The experimental results illustrate the efficiency, stability andreliability of the designed system
