چکیده

In this paper, four methods are presented forimproving the performance of programmable currentmode integrator. Proposed methods include the use ofimproved active feedback cascade current mirror(IAFCCM), current mirror with cascade amplifier inthe feedback stage (CMCAFS), dynamic matchingcurrent mirror (DMCM) and three stage feedbackcascade current mirror (TSFCCM) in providedstructure for integrator. Here results of implementedintegrators are compared with that implemented withtraditionally cascade current mirror (TCCM). Theresults show,-3 dB cutoff frequency increased over than30 M Hz and power consumption of integrator reducedto less than 1.5 m watt . It also enable to be used insampling data mode for various signal processing taskand its sampling rate is more than 100 MHz due toincreasing current matching accuracy and outputvoltage swing. At last promising results in totalharmonic distortion (THD), signal to noise ratio (SNR)and dynamic range (SFDR) for the current modeintegrators showed and results are compared withintegrator that implemented with traditionally cascadecurrent mirror.
