چکیده

Despite of having a susceptible population and possessing a lot of natural resources, Iran has production efficiency, adequate income, and welfare at a relatively low level and many educated workforces lack the needed possible employment. Whereas improvement of entrepreneurship and preparation of appropriate platform for its development are considered as economic progress tools and creation of jobs in the countries, especially in Developing Nations thus in the present study we have dealt with investigation into the relationship between structural components of entrepreneurship (creativity and innovation, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and human resources efficiency (productivity) and creation of job. Data were collected by means of standard questionnaires and through simple randomized sampling technique. The reliability of the questionnaire was acquired as 0.89 by Cronbach Alpha Coefficient method. Similarly, descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to analyze the collected data. Statistical parameters like mean, standard deviation, frequency, frequency percentage have been adapted at descriptive statistical level and also Kendall and Spearman tests were utilized at inferential statistical level. The research results indicated that there was positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurship structural elements with creation of employment.
