چکیده
As with any process of man, electricity generation also induces some environmental, health and social effects to the society, in the form of cost which are often implied. This study has attempted to convert these effects into numerical data to analyze and plan, using stated preferences. To achieve this purpose, at beginning, the effects of using renewable energy were estimated at the thermal power plant of Tabriz; the results suggest that, the total value of annual use of renewables is equivalent to 136,138 million Rials. So probably by replacing heavy fuel in power plants including oil with the renewable energy it is possible to reduce the Water consumption in the Power plant Industry, as well as power outage and lack of the security of electricity supply that is produced of the traditional process, and contribute to improve the supply of water and electricity quality of a main city such Tabrizکلیدواژه ها
