چکیده
This paper is an approach for tunneling risk management to have safe and sustainable tunnel for people, equipment and of course employees. Identifying hazard, categorizing the risks according to their frequency and consequences and employing risk assessment methods to reduce, diminish or accept those risk, help to reach this goal. For this purpose an upgraded FMECA, which will be more common for all phases of tunneling process and more both qualitative and quantitative than conventional FMECA, is used with an eye on specific attributes of each road or metro tunnel. However different parts of a tunnel, existence or absence of them in a tunneling project are concerned to make the options for each and every tunnel customizedکلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
