چکیده

Delays are one of the biggest problems construction firms face. Delays may lead to many negative effects such as claim between owners and contractors. This has made it quite imperative for contracting parties to analyse project delays for purposes of making right decisions on potential time and/or cost compensation claims. While there are many variations on the themes, all of the commonly applied forensic delay analysis techniques generally conform to one of the following primary categories: Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built, As-Planned versus As-Built, Time Impact Analysis. This paper provides a short explanation of all of the above methods
