Nowadays, industrial and economical world is so complicated and unstable which for endurance and retention, companies and firms should beware of the threats and opportunities around their environment and completely be familiar with their interior weaknesses and strengths. strategic programming supports of improvement of longtime vision and intellectual acting for companies. in this essay i used the analysis of SWOT to make strategic programming and because of being objective, we used AHP to make this more accurate and quantity. The case study is one mining company in iran ( kansar- e – afra ) which mines bentonite soil in zanjan.and the software for AHP is super decision.
