چکیده

Strategic planning means the future planning of the organization, the direction the organization wants to move in that direction and IT Strategic planning for every organization. It is evidence that the organization's information architecture specified in the light of strategic considerations, such as mission, goals and priorities of the organization and executive plan necessary to achieve systems and databases at enterprise level determined. In other words, IT Strategic planning is charter and organization macro-program in the field of information systems and general information technology. According to the results of statistical analyzes conducted, it showed that the most important factor is organizational factor with weight coefficient 0.417 and among organizational factors, management index by weight coefficient 0.38 in the first place. Also second factor, technical factor by the weight coefficient 0.375 and among the technical factors hardware index by weight coefficient 0.22 is the first place finally, the third factor, and the environmental factor by weight coefficient 0.208 and among environmental factors, competition index by weight coefficient 0.38 is at first place.
