چکیده
Nowadays the most communities change basically and fundamentally as long as starting the third millennium and the beginning of virtual era and entering in to the nanotechnology and the appearance of information and telecommunication technology. This is an undeniable opportunity to make the electronic city and to enter into the information technology phase.The electronic city provides the base for full-time citizen's electronic access to the municipality, economic firms and all civil services(Hataminasab & etal,1390:3) There is special importance for the necessity of attention to substructures and the priority of their implementation in order to realize the ideal of basically and correctly implementing the electronic cities in Iran. This research is about making priority in the most important substructures necessary to establish the electronic city based on economic intelligence in Tehran city and presents a diagram to compare the present situation and desired situation and desired situation in the distance of the importance extent to indices.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
