خلاصه مقاله:
Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) is one of the basic types of signal intelligence (SIGINT) which uses the principles of electromagnetic energy in the atmosphere propagation when operating. Depending on the accuracy or speed priorities, radar data acquisition mission of an area is assigned either to ESM or ELINT systems. Since real-time clustering and detection of area radars increase radar surveillance system throughput, various algorithms have been proposed for radar clustering. All of these algorithms try to reduce calculation and response time. In this paper, available characteristics in received pulses by ELINT receiver is utilized to propose clustering algorithms of k-means and c-means in detecting radars in an area.
