چکیده
The main objective of this project is investigation relation between extent of cure and mechanical properties of the curedresins. In the first step, The effect of curing agent, hardener/resin mixed ratio, temperature, relative humidity and time on crosslinking degree has been investigated. The direct method for determination crosslinking degree is carried out by extracting residual diglycidyl ether bisphenol A (DGEBA), TETA and Epikure F205 from final product. Epoxy resin that cured with TETA had higher crosslinking degree than Epoxy cured with Epikure F205. Temperature had higher effect on crosslinking degree. In the second part, The effect of temperature on mechanical properties has been examined. higher Impact strenght, Tensile and hardnes properties were obtained for two component epoxy that cured in 30 0C. Furthermore, Epoxy resin that cured with Epikure F205 had higher mechanical properties than Epoxy cured with TETA.کلیدواژه ها
