خلاصه مقاله:
CH3NH3PbI3 and other Pb-based organic-inorganic perovskites, are new class of light absorbers in different kind of solar cells. In comparison with lead-based perovskites, there are just a few papers about lead-free perovskites; so in this work nontoxic Sn-ba sed perovskites were chosen and synthesized by solution method in different annealing temperatures. XRD and UV-Vis ab sorption results showed that the best annealing temperature for both crystal growth and light absorption in CH3NH3SnIxCl3-x structure was 120°C.
