Electronic government (E-government) in modern civilization attempts to provide the technology-based services and handle citizen's daily activities between a government andcitizens (G2C), government and businesses (G2B), government and employees (G2E) and government and governments/agencies(G2G). The objective of this paper is to propose a framework for measuring the performance of E-government services of 193 countries using data envelopment analysis (DEA) within the frame of the annual report of 2014 provided by the United Nations. This study helps policy makers, leading officials andanalysts understand the position of e-government against the targeted countries and make a way to provide a more effectivepublic management in governance
