چکیده

Undoubtedly, lack of time, far distances, traffic,expenses, and some other similar issues highlight electronic bought rather than traditional ones continuously. Most reports and statistics show that due to not paying, not receiving the goods in good condition, not delivering the goods on time andsome other intentionally and unintentionally mistakes, internet purchases entangled with challenges of no confidence for both sides of an intercourse. After paying, the buyer would not have a powerful and immediate lever to remove the probable challenges. Furthermore, the seller would not have a powerfuland immediate lever to prove about the accuracy of the intercourses. In this article, through submitting a model of a timing cheque including two signatures, an internet purchasing model is introduced to decrease the above mentioned challenges operatively.
