Time synchronization, in WSN is one of the most important fields of study in computer networks.Time synchronization is essential for any kind of network due to network software requirements. Since WSNs have particular constraints and limitations'; synchronizing the physical times for these networks is considered to be a complex task. Many algorithms have been proposed for synchronizing time in the network and power consumption is critical in WSN. Any of proposed algorithms has their own power issues. In this paper, the researcher studies time synchronization protocols and related power consumption, and classifies time synchronization protocols for WSN in terms of power consumption that is affected by synchronization style
